Every firm seeks to staff its organization with high-quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. We have developed a modular training program and methodology to do exactly that. This program includes both in-person and remote training and is tailored to small-to-medium-sized companies.
In High-Impact Recruiting©, we will:
- Identify and assess your firm’s corporate culture and develop meaningful and impactful competencies for your team that are designed to increase both individual and organizational performance
- Train your interview team in competency-based interviewing and assessment skills; including video, classroom and role play training, live interviewing (recorded) and individualized audio-visual feedback

Due to many factors beyond our control (e.g. corporate restructuring, downsizing, reorganization, etc.) we cannot guarantee the success of every candidate we place. However, we will guarantee that should a candidate we place terminate their employment within 90 days of their starting date, we will refund all fees paid (less expenses), or offer a free replacement search for the terminating employee–at the option of our client.
Not included in this guarantee are those terminations caused by corporate restructuring or reorganization, or downsizing due to financial or operational difficulties
