Smith, Scott&Associates was formed in 1989 by Gary J. Smith with the intent of providing recruiting and consulting services to organizations committed to developing high-performing corporate cultures.  Our international, retained-only search practice is focused on the areas of Technology, Human Resources, General Management, Sales and Finance--from the practitioner to executive levels.  Our commitment to quality and timely results is maintained through personally interviewing and assessing every candidate, thorough background review and active guidance of the process to a positive outcome.
